Buxus macowanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Buxaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Limpopo hingga Provinsi Cape timur. Nama ilmiah Buxus macowanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Daniel Oliver pada tahun 1886.
