Buxus microphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Buxaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang tengah dan selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan littleleaf boxwood. Nama ilmiah Buxus microphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philipp Franz von Siebold pada tahun 1845.
