Byrsonima pinetorum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Malpighiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kuba barat. Nama ilmiah Byrsonima pinetorum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 1866.
