Cabomba furcata merupakan tumbuhan semak dari famili Cabombaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air (hidrofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah kawasan tropis Amerika. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan forked fanwort. Nama ilmiah Cabomba furcata diperkenalkan oleh Josef August Schultes pada tahun 1830.
