Cacosmia rugosa var. nivea merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Peru. Nama ilmiah Cacosmia rugosa var. nivea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Hans Emmo Wolfgang Hieronymus pada tahun 1901.
