Calea polycephala merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais, São Paulo). Nama ilmiah Calea polycephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1975.
