Callitriche heterophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Plantaginaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air (hidrofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kamchatka hingga Kepulauan Kuril, utara dan Amerika tengah, Domincan Rep., Venezuela barat laut, Bolivia hingga Amerika Selatan bagian selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan twoheaded water-starwort. Nama ilmiah Callitriche heterophylla diperkenalkan oleh Frederick Traugott Pursh pada tahun 1813.
