Calyptrocalyx leptostachys merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea (Gn. Yule). Nama ilmiah Calyptrocalyx leptostachys pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Odoardo Beccari pada tahun 1905.
