Calyptrocarya glomerulata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko tenggara hingga kawasan tropis Amerika. Nama ilmiah Calyptrocarya glomerulata diperkenalkan oleh Adolphe-Théodore Brongniart pada tahun 1900.
