Camellia petelotii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Theaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China (Guangxi selatan) hingga Vietnam Utara. Nama ilmiah Camellia petelotii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1949.
