Campylocentrum calostachyum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil timur. Nama ilmiah Campylocentrum calostachyum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis João Barbosa Rodrigues pada tahun 2018.
