Campyloneurum pentaphyllum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Martinique. Nama ilmiah Campyloneurum pentaphyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 2005.
