Capparis grandis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Capparaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah India, Sri Lanka, Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Capparis grandis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1782.
