Carex angustilepis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Carex angustilepis diperkenalkan oleh Anton Albert Reznicek pada tahun 2021.
