Carex cabralii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Nuevo León). Nama ilmiah Carex cabralii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Anton Albert Reznicek pada tahun 2021.
