Carex complexa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Querétaro, san Luis Potosí). Nama ilmiah Carex complexa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Anton Albert Reznicek pada tahun 2021.
