Carex hypsipedos adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Carex hypsipedos pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Baron Clarke pada tahun 1906.
