Carex lonchophora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang selatan dan selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Carex lonchophora diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jisaburo Ohwi pada tahun 1930.
