Carex pellita adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan woolly sedge. Nama ilmiah Carex pellita pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gotthilf Heinrich Ernst Muhlenberg pada tahun 1805.
