Carex × reducta merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Carex × reducta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Salomon Thomas Nicolai Drejer pada tahun 1841.
