Carex rhynchoperigynium adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Hidalgo). Nama ilmiah Carex rhynchoperigynium pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Stanley D. Jones pada tahun 1992.
