Carex strigosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga Iran utara. Nama ilmiah Carex strigosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Hudson pada tahun 1778.
