Carpacoce spermacocea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian) yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Carpacoce spermacocea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gottlieb Ludwig Reichenbach pada tahun 1865.
