Caryocar harlingii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Caryocaraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia, Peru. Nama ilmiah Caryocar harlingii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ghillean Tolmie Prance pada tahun 1987.
