Casearia ternstroemioides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Salicaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba. Nama ilmiah Casearia ternstroemioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 2019.
