Casselia zelota merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Verbenaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil timur. Nama ilmiah Casselia zelota diperkenalkan oleh Harold Norman Moldenke pada tahun 1955.
