Cassia tomentella merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland. Nama ilmiah Cassia tomentella diperkenalkan oleh George Bentham pada tahun 1926.
