Cassytha racemosa merupakan tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Australia Barat. Nama ilmiah Cassytha racemosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck pada tahun 1845.
