Castela retusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Simaroubaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Castela retusa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Frederik Michael Liebmann pada tahun 1853.
