Cattleya forbesii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit) dan membentuk bonggol menyerupai umbi lapis (pseudobulbous). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil (Rio de Janeiro hingga Santa Catarina). Nama ilmiah Cattleya forbesii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Lindley pada tahun 1826.
