Celastrus flagellaris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berkayu dari famili Celastraceae. Spesies ini memiliki pola hidup memanjat dengan akar tetap di tanah (liana). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Celastrus flagellaris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Franz Josef Ruprecht pada tahun 1857.
