Celosia globosa var. spicata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rep. Kongo hingga RD Kongo. Nama ilmiah Celosia globosa var. spicata pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1975.
