Celtis caudata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Cannabaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Celtis caudata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jules Émile Planchon pada tahun 1848.
