Celtis tenuifolia merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Cannabaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada tenggara hingga Amerika Serikat bagian tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan dwarf hackberry. Nama ilmiah Celtis tenuifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1818.
