Celtis tessmannii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Cannabaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Celtis tessmannii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alfred Barton Rendle pada tahun 1915.
