Centaurea iberica subsp. hermonis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Suriah hingga Lebanon. Nama ilmiah Centaurea iberica subsp. hermonis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1914.
