Centaurea laureotica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Yunani tenggara. Nama ilmiah Centaurea laureotica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Theodor Heinrich Hermann von Heldreich pada tahun 1898.
