BIGHEAD KNAPWEED Centaureamacrocephala Muss.Puschk. ex Willd.
Centaurea macrocephala merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Türkiye timur laut hingga Iran barat laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan bighead knapweed. Nama ilmiah Centaurea macrocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1803.
