Centaurea nigrescens subsp. neapolitana merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Italia tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Centaurea nigrescens subsp. neapolitana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1976.
