Centaurea parlatoris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Sicilia barat laut dan utara-tengah. Nama ilmiah Centaurea parlatoris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Theodor Heinrich Hermann von Heldreich pada tahun 1843.
