Centaurea tchihatcheffii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Centaurea tchihatcheffii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Ernst Ludwig von Fischer pada tahun 1854.
