Centella capensis merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Centella capensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karel Domin pada tahun 1908.
