Cephalocereus mezcalaensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk pohon dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko tengah dan barat daya. Nama ilmiah Cephalocereus mezcalaensis diperkenalkan oleh Helia Bravo Hollis pada tahun 1932.
