Cephalocereus polylophus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk pohon dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Guanajuato hingga Veracruz). Nama ilmiah Cephalocereus polylophus diperkenalkan oleh Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1909.
