Kaktus uban adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan yang dikenal dengan nama ilmiah Cephalocereus senilis ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko timur laut (hingga Veracruz). Nama ilmiah Cephalocereus senilis diperkenalkan oleh Adrian Hardy Haworth pada tahun 1894.
