Cephalostachyum capitatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Himalaya timur hingga Myanmar. Nama ilmiah Cephalostachyum capitatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Munro pada tahun 1868.
