Ceratostema oyacachiensis merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador (Napo). Nama ilmiah Ceratostema oyacachiensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2005.
