Ceropegia africana subsp. africana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki kebiasaan membentuk umbi di bawah tanah (geofit) dan berpola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape hingga KwaZulu-Natal.
