Cestrum neibensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Rep. Dominika. Nama ilmiah Cestrum neibensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Henri Alain Liogier pada tahun 1976.
