Chaenomeles × superba merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan quince. Nama ilmiah Chaenomeles × superba pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1920.
