Chaenomeles × superba merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Chaenomeles × superba mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1920.
